I finally feel free

These pills I’ve been taking are perfect! They make me have absolutely no appetite, I’m happy, I’m numb, it’s so perfect.

I took them at work today and made double the tips because I was genuinely smiling the entire time.

The only downside is that I get dizzy and kind of like out of it, like hazy. I mean lets face it, I’m super high. It’s not a problem though until I’m driving. But whatever it’s 100% worth it because I don’t eat all day and I’m still smiling.

Pills. Pills. So many pills.
